Adriana started investing in Real Estate back in 2016. She co-owns a construction company that was established 12 years ago in the Greater Toronto Area and specialized in MultiFamily BRRR projects.

After completing six successful BRRR projects averaging 86% Return on Investment, Adriana entered the larger apartment building market acquiring 37 Units in Saint John and Moncton NB over the last 12 months. ACE PROPERTIES owns and manages over 45 doors in both Ontario and New Brunswick.

“We created, developed, and systemized our own Property Management company. Our focus is on Acquisition of the right properties for long-term buy and holds, renovations, and restructuring assets to their best use in order to fulfill our passion to give back to the communities we operate in.”

When the Pandemic started Adriana pivoted to full-time Real Estate Investing and shifted her business strategy to larger opportunities in Apartment Building Acquisitions, taking the Eastern Province of New Brunswick by storm.
